project:

AQCS Environmental employs a highly structured approach to environmental management working efficiently with companies of all sizes to successfully reduce their violations and fines from local agencies. The redesign of this website included a brand new, clean, modern design.  Since the target audience is not tech savvy and older, it is extremely important that the site be easy to read and navigate.

To keep the content fresh, Blogger was utilized so the owner could easily post new articles that would interest his clients as well as potential clients.  A custom template was created to mesh the third party blog system with the existing site.

Tracking code was also installed to gather information on keyword search results for the site, how long visitors are on the site, which pages where frequented most, and more.  Banner ads were created and were then embedded with tracking codes as well.

(Note: The diesel emission retrofit database was created by a third party, not eyeMotion Studio.)

project:

The young architectural firm, Design Fulcrum, needed an online portfolio to attract new business. Following the lead from the print collateral, the hand drawn elements take over the design of the website by framing the content area and nesting the navigation.

To shift the focus away from the lack of projects, displays of tactile materials help bring the architectural designer into the realm of the viewer's world by showing items the viewer can relate to. Creating architectural change for real people.

Rather than using print for testimonials, streaming video captures real people expressing their real personal stories with Design Fulcrum.

Divorce Traders targets divorcees to post items that may no longer need or want. eyeMotion Studio designed a playful logo for the new company, which set the tone for the site. Based on the logo, clean lines along with reds, silver, black, and gold were incorporated into the site design. Animating the flames at the top and bottom of the page give the database driven system added flare and interest.

Through outreach, community involvement and example, I Love A Clean San Diego leads and educates our community to actively conserve and enhance the environment.

With a new look, the non profit organization needed a redesign of their existing web site. The overall design is clean and simple to allow for easy navigation for the various age groups that visit the site daily. The web site design incorporates extensive CSS to maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the web site. PHP, JavaScript, XML, and databases are also utilized throughout the site to aid in keeping the site fresh and easy to maintain for the staff.

New features include a database driven event calendar that can easily be updated by the staff through the online administration area. RSS feeds on the home page display current environmental news of interest for visitors. Acrobat forms were designed for mail in donations that allow the user submit their information thus cutting down the database entry time for the staff.

Online forms scripted with PHP help streamline the inquiry process and free up more time for the staff. Random tips display through out the site in the golden side bar area, random images appear with each browser refresh on the home page, and tell-a-friend feature to send page links to friends are all scripted with JavaScript.
