A deluxe 5 star hotel founded by the management of Samsung Heavy Industries and The Shilla Hotel and located in Geojedo, the second largest island in Korea. On this beautiful island where many of the world's leading shipbuilding companies are based, the hotel caters to guests such as ship owners and managers, business executives, and visitors from around the world who come to visit Samsung Heavy Industries.

Interior renderings were requested by the architectural firm LBL architecture & interiors for the Spa and Fitness Lobby as well as the pool area. The base model was built utilizing FormZ. Additional touches were added through image editing with Photoshop.

Kaiser Permanente Panorama City will unveil its new hospital soon. The interior design firm Pickett Designs developed a theme incorporating the idea of a quilt providing comfort and familiarity to the occupants of the various spaces. The quilt concept provided not only pattern designs, but also offered a means of way finding on each of the six floors.

The following rendering base structures were built with FormZ and either rendered in full color within the FormZ program or output as line drawings and rendered utilizing Photoshop and Illustrator to create a unique look.

The Samsung Tower Palace is a group of 7 towers, lettered A-G and all used as luxury residential complexes. It is known to be home to several Korean celebrities. The renderings completed for LBL architecture & interiors include the main lobby and elevator lobby for Tower G.

Oak Valley Golf Residential Resort is a 3,416-acre mountainous golf resort and residential development near Seoul, Korea. The project balances the retention of wooded mountain slopes with resort and holiday residential communities built around three 18-hole and two public nine-hole golf courses. Oak Valley also includes a Korean Folk Village, youth recreation center, and corporate training complex.

Interior renderings constructed and rendered for LBL architecture & interiors consist of the clubhouse lobby and restaurant as well as a new condominium unit displaying the layout for the living room and bedroom.

In its 15th anniversary year, USC University Hospital (USCUH) will complete the latest addition to its campus, the Norris Inpatient Tower, which will serve as the new home to the Norris Cancer team. Covering more than 193,000 square feet, the ten-story Norris Inpatient Tower houses 132 private rooms - many of which are dedicated to the care of cancer patients.

This series of interior renderings developed for Pickett Designs show conceptual designs for public areas as well as those of patient rooms.

Exterior renderings generated for LBL architecture & interiors for an elementary school in Las Palmas, CA. Several studies of architectural concepts were completed for the client to illustrate how various forms and materials would look. The client settled on a more traditional Spanish style building that blended with the community.
